Availability is measured per minute from multiple external vantage points. If monthly availability of the proxy service falls below the commitment of your plan, service credits apply automatically: 10% of the monthly fee below the commitment, 25% below 99.9% and 50% below 99%. Credits are applied to the next invoice without a claim process.
